Lagleder moved from television supporting roles to leading film roles several years ago, and since then has been loved, abandoned, shot, stabbed, kidnapped, and in “The Killing Strain”, nearly cannibalized. His recurring roles on “CSI”, “Mike Hammer” and “Frasier” prepared him for many things, but being chased night after night by hungry zombies, with only a shotgun full of movie blanks to protect himself, was a frightening experience. His hero performance is a virtuoso effort, and only his superb physical conditioning brought him through the fighting and stunts which he accomplished without doubles.
